TERMS AND CONDITIONS GENERAL
CARE DOCTORS STORE website is created for the exclusive use of Care Doctors Store customers and for the purpose of providing necessary information about the products as well. The content of the website cannot be duplicated, modified or redistributed in whole or part without prior written authorisation from Care Doctors Store. All policies, terms and conditions are subject to change with notice. Moreover, if the General Terms and Conditions provided on our website do not answer your questions, or in case of detailed information, please contact us by email or call our customer care.
CONDITIONS OF SALE AND PAYMENT TERMS
As the products listed on our website are popular, prices and availability are subject to change without prior notice. We make sure to provide the most precise, up-to-date information, but errors do occur and have the right to make changes without any notice. If a product ordered by you is out of stock, you will receive an email notifying you the status of your order. If a product is not available, your order will be cancelled. Care Doctors Store is unable to issue price adjustments because of manufacturer price changes after date of original sale.
Although, we ensure to provide most accurate information, but occasional inaccuracies and errors do occur. In case you see any error or inaccuracy on our website, please inform us so it can be corrected. Products and packaging as shown may differ from stock available at the time of shipping. We reserve the right to substitute equal items. If an error is made and a product is listed at a wrong price, Care Doctors Store, at its discretion, reject or withdraw any orders placed at the false price. If an order is confirmed and has been charged to your credit card at the wrong price, Care Doctors Store shall have the right to straight away issue a credit in the amount of the price.
ORDER ACCEPTANCE POLICY
We endeavour to be as perfect as possible. However, we do not provide warrant of product descriptions or other content on this site as precise, complete, consistent, current, or error-free. If a product is not as shown, your sole remedy is to return it in unused condition. Your receipt of an electronic or any other form of order confirmation does not signify our acceptance of order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell. Care Doctors Store has the right at any time to accept or decline your order for any reason. Care Doctors Store also reserves the right at any time after receipt of your order, without prior notice to you, to supply less than the amount you ordered of any item. All orders must obtain pre-approval with a suitable method of payment, as recognised by our credit and fraud avoidance department. Care Doctors Store does not accept orders from resellers, exporters, wholesalers, any businesses of any kind or other customers who intend to resell.
WARRANTY DISCLAIMER AND LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY
Care Doctors Store passes through its clients all manufacturers warranties and guarantees that are provided with the product we sell. Care Doctors Store makes no additional or self-governing warranties. Care Doctors Store shall under no circumstances be accountable for particular, incidental, substantial (including lost profits or opportunities), or punitive damages, even if it has been advised of the prospect of such damages. The maximum liability of Care Doctors Store for all damages shall be limited to an amount not to surpass the selling price of the product. Care Doctors Store is not accountable for system downtime, lost date etc.
Return and Refund Policy
CARE DOCTORS STORE offers a simple and easy 15-day return policy on select items to our customers. You can conveniently return or exchange only select items (will be mentioned in product description) within 10 days from the date of delivery.
You must inform us of your intention to return the item to us within 10 days of receipt of the product, in the following circumstances:
Defective/incorrect product replacement
i. You notify us of any defects in the product or incorrectly shipped product within 10 days of receipt of the product. You can email our Customer Service team.
ii. To return the product(s) you have to schedule a courier pickup with our customer support team. Our team will in turn arrange a suitable time with our courier partner for pickup, which shall be within 7 days from the date of your intimation to return the Products. Please note that if you have agreed a time for pick up with our customer support team, you shall put your best efforts to make yourself available at the agreed time for pickup of the Product. We shall make three (3) attempts to collect the Product from your address after which if the courier repeatedly fails to find you at the address for all the three times, there will be a Rs. 75 deduction from the amount to be refunded to you for every attempt after the third time to collect the Products from you.
Please do not accept any order if seal is broken/unsealed at the time of delivery.
For our records it is necessary to click a picture of the defect and email it to us along with your order number. The product returned to us should meet the following specifications:
Must have the invoice.
All returned items must be in an unused/sellable condition and unwashed for hygiene reasons; and returned with original packaging and tags in place.
Items without tags will not be accepted.
Have all its original packaging, tags/labels and accessories, including the box, manufacturer’s packaging if any, dust bags, warranty cards, authenticity labels and all other items originally included with the product(s) delivered.
All items purchased from Care Doctors Store.in can be returned for a full refund within 15 days from the date of delivery (as recorded by the shipping provider).
Once we receive the returned products, a quality check will be performed on the items by our quality team.
Any returned item received by us that does not meet the above mentioned conditions will not be accepted, and will be returned to the customer at their expense. No amount will be reimbursed in this case.
· If all the above are in order, we will ship you the replacement, with no additional cost to you. You will receive an email when a replacement has been shipped out.
You will receive a refund of the amount you paid less deductions (any rescheduling charges defined above).
The customer can choose to get the entire cash refund in the form of a coupon code in their Care Doctors Store, or online you paid for (for card payments and netbanking) or via cheque (for COD payments).
In the event that a replacement is not available in stock, we will offer you a credit or a full cash refund.
In the event that a replacement is available in stock, and you do not want a replacement, we will offer you a full refund either via the card you paid for (for card payments) or via cheque (for COD payments).
Please note that we will acknowledge that we shipped the incorrect product(s) to you, or that the product (s) was damaged in transit to you only if informed us within 15 days of receipt of the product(s).
A notification with the status of the return will be sent to the customer within 48-72 working hours from the date of receiving the items.
In case of orders where reverse pick-up may not apply, customers can self-ship the items to In this case, an amount of Rs. 50 will be reimbursed in the customer’s account towards shipping costs in the form of a coupon code. This will be done post the quality check of all the received items.
Please make sure that the returned items are packed securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped returns, please use a reliable courier service.
Return/Cancellation under Promotions/Offers/End of Season Sale (EOSS)
In case of full return of products the entire paid amount would be refunded.
In case of Part returns:
In case the product is bought under the offer : “Buy worth Rs.2500 or more and get 20% off on your purchase amount” & the worth of product/s after return goes below Rs.2500 the amount that gets refunded will be the MRP of the product returned less the discount given. For e.g.: Customer bought two products of Rs2000 and Rs500 respectively and returns the product worth Rs500 then the discount given earlier is Rs.500 and the amount of return will be 500(MRP) – 500(Discount) = 0
In case the product is bought in the offer : “Buy worth Rs.2500 or more and get 20% off on your purchase amount” & the worth of product/s after return is equal to or above Rs.2500 the amount that gets refunded will be the amount that you paid for that particular product. For e.g.: Customer bought two products of Rs3000 and Rs2000 respectively and returns the product worth Rs2000 then the amount of return will be Rs. 2000(MRP) – Rs. 400(Discount) = Rs1600
In case the product is bought in the offer: “Flat X% discount”, the refund will be the entire paid value of the product thus returned. For e.g.: Customer bought 2 products worth Rs1500 and Rs2000 @ Flat 20% and returns the product of Rs1500 then the amount that gets returned will be Rs1200 i.e. Rs.1500 (MRP) – Rs300 (Discount)
In case the product is bought in the offer: Buy 2 Get 1, the refund will be after proportioning the discount availed during the Buy 2 Get 1 offer. For e.g.: Customer bought 3 products worth Rs.1500, Rs.1200 and Rs.1000 and got Rs.1000 discount and returns the product of Rs.1000 then the amount that gets returned will be Rs.730 i.e. Rs.1000 – Rs.270 (Proportionate Discount)
In case the product is bought in the offer: Buy 1 Get 1, the refund will be after proportioning the discount availed during the Buy 1 Get 1 offer. For e.g.: Customer bought 1 products worth Rs.1500 and Rs.1000 and got Rs.1000 discount and returns the product of Rs.1000 then the amount that gets returned will be Rs.600 i.e. Rs.1000 – Rs.400 (Proportionate Discount)
